I was born the "middle child" and essentially have been negotiating for everything all of my life because of it... so I guess this is where my REALTOR roots sprouted. Throughout high school and college I enjoyed a career as a buyer/seller/trader of collectible coins, stamps and sports cards until the owners retired in 2003. For the next five years I went to work for a Commercial Bank in downtown Denver. I enjoyed a great deal of success there and made many wonderful friends, even earned Platinum Millionaires award for top sales and  subsequently promoted to branch management. But around early 2008 the Denver housing market began to be crippled with foreclosures, things were looking pretty bleak in the economy and I wanted to do something more meaningful so I put myself into real estate school and got my brokers' license. Jumped in while many were getting out! I quickly started helping people do workout solutions and short sales (when necessary) on their homes. Essentially, negotiated terms between sellers and their mortgage companies so that they could leave their properties with a smaller hit on their credit, and without forcing the bank to foreclose. I joined the Colorado Housing Coalition and taught courses to prepare future buyers so they could realize the goal of home ownership. Being a REALTOR is in my DNA I love the rush of strategizing along side my clients to get them the best price and terms when buying and selling.  Certification: Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR)Awards: 5280 FIVE STAR AWARD (2011,2012,2013,2014,2015)
