For twenty years Kendall was an active successful real estate investor buying, selling and managing real estate for his own privately held company in the state of Maine. He moved to Palm Coast in 2002 and continued his investing career but was disappointed in the quality of service he received from real estate agents and brokers at that time, so in 2007 he started a new career as a real estate agent and broker. His "people serving people" philosophy quickly made him one of the most productive and sought real estate professionals in all of Flagler and Volusia counties.
In addition to his credentials in real estate, Kendall holds a US Coast Guard Master Captain's License, and has earned the Naturalist Certification in Coastal Systems from the University of Florida.
In 2005 Governor Jeb Bush awarded Kendall the Florida Commendation Medal for leadership, initiative and altruism contributing to the welfare of Florida National Guard members in need. He takes great pleasure in serving the men and women in uniform and their families.
